How can I replace my V5C logbook?

To sell your vehicle with Car-Ma, you must upload images of the first three pages of your V5C logbook.

Request a replacement: If you’ve lost your V5C logbook or are keeping your private plates, please check if you can request a replacement online. Click here to start the process.
Sale progress: We cannot proceed with the sale of your vehicle until you have obtained a replacement logbook.

If you’ve requested a replacement V5C logbook from the DVLA, either online or by post, please email the Documents Team at documents@car-ma.co.uk. This will allow us to keep your vehicle out of the sale until your paperwork is ready.
