What happens on the day of collection?

Here’s what happens during the vehicle collection process when you sell your car via Car-Ma:

  1. Inspection: The dealer will inspect your car to ensure it matches the details and photos you provided on the platform. This typically includes checking the bodywork, interior, and general mechanics. A short test drive may also be involved.

  2. Payment and Paperwork:

    • Once the dealer is satisfied that the car matches the description, they will process the payment.
    • The payment will be made to you and/or your finance company, depending on the situation.
    • The dealer will also complete and sign over the necessary paperwork for the sale.

  3. Car Collection: After completing the payment and paperwork, the dealer will take the car away.

This process ensures that everything is checked and finalized smoothly before the car is transferred to the dealer.
